My TrialPay password is not working. What should I do?
Please click here to reset your TrialPay password. You will receive an email with instructions for updating your password. If you have requested a password reset and are still unable to access your TrialPay shopper account, please contact our support team here.

Is my TrialPay password the same as my product activation code?
No. Your product activation code or registration key is only used to access your free product. Your TrialPay password is used to access your TrialPay shopper account.

How do I unsubscribe?
TrialPay does not subscribe you to any mailing list by default. However, you can subscribe to our mailing lists from your TrialPay account to receive special deals and coupons. Once you sign into your TrialPay account, you have full control over your subscription settings.
