How much do the incentives cost?
In most cases, the incentives can be used for free. Only some carry a small fee. While the perceived value of the incentive (2 free movie tickets, $50 gift card from Priceline, etc.) encourages a customer to complete his purchase, you only pay a fraction of the cost ($0 to $3+) to make a new sale.
