Bonus Terms & Conditions

$1,000 Quick-Start Bonus Terms

$1,000 will be added to qualifying publisher's TrialPay accounts if, within 90 days of registering, the publisher is one of the first 100 publishers to generate 75 Get It Free transactions. In order to qualify:

1. The publisher must register between June 10, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
2. The publisher must place a TrialPay Get It Free link on the publisher's primary website. Only transactions generated off direct TrialPay Get It Free placements on the publisher's primary website within 90 days of registering will count towards the 75 Get It Free Transaction count.
3. The same TrialPay Get It Free placement on the publisher's primary website must be present and continuously running on the publisher's website for 45 days after the publisher initial completes 75 qualifying Get It Free transactions.

TrialPay reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a transaction is fraudulent or violates TrialPay's Terms and Conditions and/or other applicable TrialPay policies. Fraudulent transactions will not count toward the transaction totals. To avoid ambiguity, any transactions off of e-mail campaigns or blogs will not count toward the bonus. Only transactions generated off direct TrialPay placements on the publisher's primary website will count toward the bonus. 75 distinct consumer purchases must be made by individuals who have no personal affiliation to the qualifying publisher. The bonus amount will be added to the qualifying publisher's account within 90 days after the initial qualifying transactions are complete and all other conditions are met.
