Your TrialPay order
Once you have successfully completed an offer from one of our advertising partners, we will E-mail you with instructions on how to access your free product. We use the E-mail address you provided during our checkout process. Please remember to check your spam or filtered mail folders to ensure you have not already received our E-mail.
The completion time for our offers ranges from instant to several days, as noted in the offer listings. This time is required for advertisers to contact us with confirmation that you have completed an offer.
As stated, the completion time for our offers can vary. If the estimated time window has passed and you have not received a confirmation from TrialPay, please check your spam or filtered mail folder. If you have not received a TrialPay confirmation, please
contact us to submit your proof of offer completion.
The confirmation E-mail you received after completing an offer from one of our advertising partners can be submitted as proof of offer completion. Submission of your "receipt" does not guarantee that you will receive credit for this offer. Our customer support team will review your submission and may require additional information from you. Receipts submitted after 45 days (from when the offer was initiated) will not be considered. If you need help obtaining a receipt from an advertising partner, please contact our support team for assistance at generalsupport@trialpay.com
If you have applied for a credit card, you must be approved for that card in order to receive your free product. Approval may take several days, as stated in the checkout instructions. If the estimated time window has passed and you have still not received your TrialPay confirmation E-mail, please
contact us to submit your proof of offer completion.
To complete the eBay offer, you must register as a new user (with no previous account on record) and purchase an item using your new user ID within 24 hours of completing your eBay registration. Once complete, you will receive a TrialPay confirmation email within 24 hours. If you have not received a confirmation E-mail from TrialPay, please
contact us to submit your proof of offer completion. Make sure to provide us with your eBay user ID and the item number that you purchased.
Completing a TrialPay Offer
Unless otherwise stated, an advertising offer can only be completed once. However, there are several shopping offers that you can complete multiple times to receive multiple products. Note: You may only have one TrialPay account. For more information, please see our
Terms of Use.
In some cases you must be a new user in order to receive credit for completing an offer. Conditions for each offer are explicitly stated in the TrialPay checkout.
In some cases, there may be no advertising offers available in your country or region. We are working hard to add new offers every day so please check back at a later date.
If you’re looking for a specific advertising offer and can’t find it, then it may have been temporarily removed. Only offers that are currently available from our advertisers are shown in the checkout.
No. We can only honor offer completions that were initiated and completed via the link provided in the TrialPay checkout. If you completed an offer directly from the advertiser’s Web site or prior to accessing TrialPay, your completion cannot be honored.

No. Your product activation code or registration key is only used to access your free product. Your TrialPay password is used to access your TrialPay account.
TrialPay promises never to send you unsolicited mail or sell your information to third parties. But if you wish to unsubscribe from TrialPay, please do so via the link in the TrialPay registration E-mail you received or contact our support team for assistance at generalsupport@trialpay.com.
Accessing Your Free Product
TrialPay is unable to assist you with technical issues related to activating your free product or service. Please refer to the product registration instructions in your TrialPay account for how to contact the appropriate merchant support team for technical assistance.
Use your product activation code to upgrade (or convert) the trial version of your software to a fully licensed version of that product. Each software merchant has different instructions for making this happen and sometimes you will need to first download a different version of the product. If you have any technical questions about activating your product, please refer to the product registration instructions in your TrialPay account for how to contact the appropriate merchant support team for technical assistance.
