Alex RampellAlex Rampell is the co-founder and CEO of TrialPay where he is responsible for general management and building corporate infrastructure. Prior to TrialPay, Alex co-founded FraudEliminator, the first consumer anti-phishing company, which merged into SiteAdvisor and was acquired by McAfee in April 2006. Alex began his career writing and selling consumer software on bulletin board systems and the nascent internet, creating a successful company with hundreds of thousands of paying consumers worldwide, with products featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Today Show, CNBC, and BusinessWeek. He holds an AB in Applied Math and Computer Science, cum laude, from Harvard University. Terry AngelosTerry is the co-founder and COO of TrialPay where he focuses on product strategy and operations. He has led numerous product development teams at early stage e-commerce companies. Terry served as the Director of Products for Living.com, a Benchmark Capital and Amazon.com funded online retailer, where he was responsible for product strategy and customer acquisition. Previously, Terry was a product manager at Trilogy Software where he was responsible for e-commerce solutions for the Fortune 50. Terry has also worked as an engineer for Siemens and an investment analyst for Goldman Sachs. He holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from WITS University, an SM in Engineering Science from Harvard University and an MBA from MIT Sloan. Eddie LimEddie Lim has served as the company's Chief Technology Officer since September 2006. Before joining TrialPay, Eddie worked in product design at Facebook, helping to establish and implement various growth strategies. Previously, he was a co-founder and CTO of Yub.com (formerly Metails.com) - a pioneering online shopping mall that combined social networking with an innovative shopper rewards program. Metails was acquired by Buy.com in September 2004. Eddie holds an AB in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. Jeremy LewisJeremy Lewis, Vice President of Merchant Sales, leads TrialPay's merchant sales efforts across numerous industry verticals. Prior to TrialPay, Jeremy was part of eBay’s strategic partnerships group and an integral part of PayPal’s enterprise merchant sales team, where he launched some of PayPal's largest merchant partners. Prior to eBay and PayPal, Jeremy was a director of enterprise sales at Yodlee. Jeremy graduated summa cum laude from UCLA and lives in Los Gatos with his wife and two children. Tim WelchTim Welch, Vice President of Advertiser Sales, is responsible for TrialPay’s advertising sales operations. Tim brings over 18 years of experience to TrialPay, spanning marketing automation and online marketing services, web, internet, email, and instant messaging technologies. Most recently, as Director of sales for online marketing company MetaReward, Tim directed large-scale new business efforts in the online advertising market, building the company's sales infrastructure and driving revenue to exceed sales targets each year. Prior to that, he directed sales of automated instant messaging broadcast software and services at MessageCast (acquired by Microsoft). He has also held executive sales and account management positions at New World IQ, a web-based CRM Marketing Automation Company, Xerox Corporation, and Fabrik Communications (acquired by Critical Path). AJ ShanleyAJ Shanley, Vice President of Business Development, is responsible for key technology partnerships, channel partnerships and corporate integration strategy. Prior to TrialPay AJ was a Director at Symantec Corporation where he held positions in Marketing and Corporate and Business Development. Earlier in his career AJ worked in private equity for BancBoston Capital (now part of Bank of America) and as an investment banking analyst for Robertson, Stephens & Company. AJ holds a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Matt QuirieMatt Quirie, Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for all TrialPay marketing efforts. Prior to TrialPay, Matt was Director of eCommerce for Roxio. At Roxio Matt developed Roxio’s Global Affiliate Program, quadrupling revenue in less than a year. He then took the helm to run all online organic sales and partnership marketing, managing over 14MM in annual revenue. Prior to Roxio, Matt ran business development at IUMA and managed the business affairs for eMusic.com. Matt’s career began at Netscape where he worked in the Legal Department and in the Server Products Division. Matt holds a BA of History from Santa Clara University. |
