  • Responsible for the maintenance of the general ledger and ownership of the monthly and year-end close process for all 3 entities
  • Ensures accounting team's commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and internal control
  • Prepare journal entries, analyze/reconcile GL accounts, calculate amortization schedules and track & update fixed assets
  • Prepare monthly consolidated Financial statements, reports and Financial Flux
  • Responsible for monthly COGS report, used for tracking and comparison of margin performance, analyze variance between expected revenue vs. actuals paid by advertisers/merchants for revenue recognition
  • Work with FP&A to help analyze and document balance sheet and income statement variances
  • Review monthly bank recons and analyze business operation spending
  • Assist in external audits including the year-end audit processes
  • Assist in providing financial data for all statutory filings
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and streamline


  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Management required
  • CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with consolidation is a must
  • In depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
